Dinner with M at Capricciosa at Jcube for the very first time! I had heard good reviews from my sister previously and we decided to try the food there. We ordered a Creamy Smoked Salmon Linguine ($15.90) and a Capricciosa Pizza ($14.90) which was chef recommended. The pasta was superb!! Really delicious and the portion was super huge, sufficient for both of us! The cream was not jelat and it had a slight fragrance to it! Really very worth the money! The pizza, although chef recommended, was not too bad only. The crust was just nice, not too thick or thin, and there was a generous amount of cheese served with it. However, the streaky beef was very tough and was not fantastic in our opinion. Overall, the meal was very filling (there were 8 slices of pizza served!) and really worth the prices! We were given two $10 vouchers (1. For filling the feedback form 2. For spending over $30 with a DBS card) and I would definitely make a trip down again, perhaps this coming weekend for Father's Day, hehehe.
do not be deceived by its looks. It tastes way better than it looks!

Dinner, again, with Sophie at Dean & Deluca at Orchard Central. She had initially wanted to try the waffles there but felt it was weird to have it for dinner, so we decided on an American Breakfast ($22) and an Alio Olio with Angus Beef ($13.50) to share. The breakfast was definitely not the best I've had so far and the Alio as well. The stir fried Angus Beef was not too bad though! Overall, there wasn't much of an ambience to boost over there and the food seemed a little too overpriced. Would probably not head over again:/
looks very ordinary right! (the pasta also) but the potato and cherry tomatoes were yumz and the wholewheat bread was quite fragrant!
Have been trying to find a part time work before my attachment but ahhhh, have been too lazy to send resume or go for interviews. Seriously, is there a need to send a resume or go for an interview for an events job? Such a waste of my time. Till the next! Heh!
