so the other day i went to find carol at the tuition centre. and we went for dinner together. we were very full from the ock curry puff and koi bubble tea that we've decided to share a bowl of udon from rock & ash. rock&ash is a small stall at clementi mall basement which sells fries dipped in different flavours and they have samples for u to try! sooo carol was asking,'dree! do you think we shud get the fries?' i said,'there! free flow leh!'
HAHAHAHAHA omg im so amused at myself. HAHA and so we started discussing enthusiastically about ways/tips to save money.
1. go to taka basement food hall where they will hold various events there. the latest one is the mooncake festival event where ALL sorts of mooncakes are being sold there! and.. there are samples for you to try.. so.. HAHAHA
2. cannot dress too shabily so they will THINK u're there to buy and thus will offer you the samples. HAHAHA
omg really buaytahan us. and so we decided to write a book on how to save money. BUT THEN, carol said,'people wont buy leh, cause it's supposed to be a learn to save book, but they need to spend to buy the book to save?!' ya hor. and so after much discussion, we concluded that sometimes, people need to sacrifice something to save $$ and they might want to get a book they like to read, so that book has got to be our how to save money book. WOOHOO!
ok i just think it's damn hilarious and i've got to note it down. :o
and omg i just realised the last time i blogged was exactly a month ago!!!:D ok la /cheapthrill
