My Children

Last Friday was my last day with the students. This coming Friday will be my last day with the school. It is a pity that I have to leave the school just when I am getting closer to some of the teaching staff. I take some time to warm up and ta da, I have to leave now. We have a staff bonding activity this thursday and I cannot wait! I highly suspect it's going to be paintball because of the dress code and we will be going to the Bottle Tree Park (huge hint man).

Can you smile nicer please?
Xavier with the oversized (for his face) spectacles.
Kaiyi aka Chicken Little (because he was clucking and flapping his hands like a chicken)

During the short stint, I was also helping out with the Math Buddy Programme.
Note the boy on the extreme right, Bengyang. So cute!

And I taught Speech and Drama with my mentor at a P2 level.
His name is Arthur and he does this when he sees me ALL THE TIME. He would wave and smile enthusiastically and then call out 'Miss Ang!' or 'Miss Ang bye bye!'. I managed to snap a photo of him waving again last friday, during the JPS Fiesta! So cute right! I will miss him so much omg:c

Photos of the students from 1F, the class which I was attached to!

Dylan and Yexun. I asked yexun to smile and he gave me...
This. At this point in time, I realise it might be difficult for them to smile properly because all their front teeth were missing hahahaha!

The pretties (Nadine & Sharlene). Notice the awkward smiles. hahahaha.
 Nurul and Sylvia
 Wendy and Shuge

Yongjie (I asked for a photo and he promptly gave me this, ever ready hahaha) and Sreekesh

Kennice, Belle and Chloe
Adriel, Weizhi, Nigel. Brandon and Michael.
Sivasri, Wendy and Nadine
Weizhi at the back smiling cheekily hehehe!
Wanching, Eugenia and Philander
Belle and Kennice. Kennice's shirt was undone and Chloe was helping her to button it hahaha!
Being very cheeky here!
Jayden with his beautiful drawing! They were told to draw their dream classroom and he drew a zoo. Hahahaha! When I asked him about it, he just gave me this look.
For the next 30seconds I think hahahaha.

One with the whole class!
They were told to make a 'monster face'. Hehehe!
And one with my mentor, their form teacher!

And these are the students whom I have taught over the 5 months I was posted to JPS. I will definitely miss them and I really hope to see them around the neighbourhood! Hopefully I will be posted back to JPS during my practicum and to fulfill my bond thereafter. I would love to see the kids grow and see how they change over the years hehehe. Another reason why I would like to be posted back is because of the positive staff environment. My colleagues have been really nice to me, even though they do not really know who I am hahaha. Some of them are so motherly and I find them soooooo cute hahaha! Ahhh I hope JPS will have vacancies for me when I graduate next year! ^^
